How to Place a Return (Quick Steps)

1. Login to your account using the same email you used at checkout.

2. Go to My Orders.

3. Select the product and place your return request.

4. Our team will review your request and arrange the pickup.

5. Once the item is picked up, it will go through a quality check.

6. After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Important Notes

• A return fee of ₹149 will be deducted as shipping charges at the time of refund.

• For COD orders, please share your bank account details via email at support@samansa.in

• Shipping Charges ₹99 and COD Charges ₹49 are non refundable.

• You can place your return request through the return portal or email us at support@samansa.in
