Refund & Exchange Policy

1. *Time Window*

   * Eligible returns/exchanges must be requested within *7 days* of delivery.

2. *Sale Items*

   * Sale, Black Friday, and gift/mystery/custom items are final sale (no returns or exchanges).

3. *Eligibility Criteria*

   * Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging.

4. *Initiating a Request*

   * Submit your return or exchange request via our “Return/Exchange” portal or link.

5. *Pick‑Up & Self‑Ship Options*

   * We’ll arrange free pick-up within 1–3 business days upon approval.
   * For locations without pick-up service, you may self-ship within 5 days, including your order and return IDs.

6. *Processing Timeline*

   * Once we receive your return (usually within 6–7 days), refunds or exchanges are processed within 2–3 days. The entire process typically takes 10–15 business days.

7. *Refunds & Exchanges*

   * Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via provided bank details.
   * For exchanges, please pay any price difference; excess will be refunded.

8. *Unavailable Items*

   * If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we’ll offer an alternative or process a refund.

9. *No Further Exchanges*

   * Once exchanged, the item cannot be returned or exchanged again.

10. *International Orders*

    * Returns and exchanges are not available for international deliveries.
